Terms of Service

Effective 2026.

Acceptance

By using CSSurf you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. CSSurf is a free, informational tool; you use it at your own discretion and risk.

What CSSurf provides

CSSurf aggregates publicly available Counter-Strike 2 data (from Steam, Leetify, and FACEIT) and presents stats, a leaderboard, and an estimated cheat risk and trust factor for a given Steam player, plus a community flag / watchlist feature kept entirely within CSSurf.

Estimates, not accusations

Cheat risk, trust factor, and the community verdict are estimates and community opinion derived from public data and reports made within CSSurf. They are not proof that anyone is cheating, and must not be treated as fact. You may not use CSSurf to harass, defame, doxx, or target any player. You are solely responsible for how you act on anything you see here.

Community flags

Flags are community reports kept inside CSSurf only — they are never submitted to Steam or Valve. Flag players only in good faith. A player appears on the public watchlist only after enough independent reports cross a threshold. Abusing the system (spamming, brigading, coordinated or false reports) may cause your reports to be ignored or removed, and your access to be blocked.

Acceptable use

Use CSSurf for personal, informational purposes. Don't hammer it with automated requests, don't scrape it at scale, and don't use it to build a competing dataset. We may rate-limit or block abusive traffic at any time.

If a report is about you — removal & disputes

If you are a player and want to be removed from the public watchlist, dispute a community verdict, or correct information, email contact@cssurf.site with your Steam profile link. We review and honour reasonable requests.

No affiliation

CSSurf is an independent fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve, Steam, FACEIT, or Leetify. All game content, names, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Disclaimer & no warranty

CSSurf is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Data may be incomplete, delayed, cached, or wrong, and third-party sources can change or go down at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CSSurf and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decision or action taken based on information from the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
